PERSONAL TRAINING

Our facility has a variety of personal trainers on staff that are available to help you reach your fitness goals by creating custom work out plans. Visit our facility today for a fitness assessment, and to schedule an appointment with a trainer.

MASSAGE THERAPY

We have two licensed massage therapists on staff in our facility. They can assist in your recovery from sports massage, trigger points, and even assisted stretching. Talk to a front desk associate today to schedule your massage.

Nutrition counseling

Whether you want to simply improve your diet, or if you're looking for a custom diet plan tailored specifically for you to help you reach our goals, we have a Nutritionist on staff to help. Talk to one of our staff members to schedule an appointment today.

Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes to help enhance strength, endurance, and overall functional mobility in everyday life.

lesmills: bodypump, rpm, cxworx

From barbell workouts designed to enhance your strength to indoor cycling to build your endurance, these classes are designed to build muscle and tone your body. We have multiple instructors on staff and offer a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to every busy schedule.

yoga, zumba, turbo kick

Whether it is building up your flexibility, doing a fast paced dance cardio workout, or cardio kick box classes, we have it all. We have many instructors who will design a class to help you reach your fitness goals throughout the duration of the week.

functional fitness training classes

Trainers design a variety of workouts for these classes, from TRX suspension training, rope challenges, kettle bell exercises, boot camps, and even sand bag training. These classes are designed to help improve and motivate you to accomplish your fitness goals.
