FIT ASSESSMENT

When you become a member at our facility, we provide a free fit assessment. Our fit assessment expert will measure your body fat, weight, flexibility, and physical endurance to better help you reach your fitness goals. Set up a time for your fit assessment with our experts today.

Our Classes

We offer a variety of classes to help enhance strength, endurance, and overall functional mobility in everyday life.

functional fitness training classes

From barbell workouts designed to enhance your strength to indoor cycling to build your endurance, these classes will help you build muscle and tone your body. We have multiple instructors on staff and offer a variety of classes throughout the week to cater to every busy schedule.

Whether it is building up your flexibility, doing a fast paced dance cardio workout, or cardio kick box classes, we have it all. We have many instructors who will design a class to help you reach your fitness goals throughout the duration of the week.

Trainers design a variety of workouts for these classes, from TRX suspension training, rope challenges, kettle bell exercises, boot camps, and sand bag training. These classes are designed to help improve and motivate you to accomplish your fitness goals.
